The Junior Driver series completed for the current season with the winner Wilson House with 47 points folloewed by Sam Thornley with 24 and darah O'Reilly and Nate Delany tied on third with 16 points each.

For Junior Drivers who drive in totalisator races at Manawatu Raceway from 15 November 2022 up to and including 31 March 2023.
Points to be allocated on the basis of 3points for a 1st, 2 points for a 2nd and 1 point for 3rd placing.
For any dead heat recorded, full points for that placing will accrue.
The Junior Driver (if licenced at 31 March 2023) with the highest points total after the final meeting of the series 31 March will receive $2,000, 2nd place $700, 3rd place $300.
Should a tie exist, the allocated prize will then go to the Junior Driver with the most wins at Manawatu Raceway from 15/11/22 to 31/3/23 then most seconds then most thirds and so forth.

Rural Games - Manawatu Harness will be at the Rural Games so take the chance to harness up a racehourse and have a ride in the KidzCartz
Friday 31st March will see the festival of racing kick off with Manawatiu Harness and Awapuni Gallops coming together for the festival which was canned last year due to Covid.
Manawatu harness will not only be running action packed racing there will also be Kidz Kartz coming down from Taranaki as well as the popular sulky challenge, Easter egg hunt kids games and more. Admission is free so come along for a fun night.
